- HIV 4th generation (p24 antigen and antibody, HIV-1 and HIV-2)
- Hepatitis B (HBsAg)
- Hepatitis C (Anti-HCV)
- Herpes simplex HSV-1 IgG and IgM
- Herpes simplex HSV-2 IgG and IgM
- Chlamydia IgG and IgM
- Syphilis (TPHA and TPAB / VDRL)
- Complete blood count (CBC)
- Liver function: SGOT and SGPT
- Kidney function: creatinine
- Random blood sugar (RBS)
